Nice to meet you, everyone. I found out about this forum on Mastodon (hi, Paolo!) and lurked for a couple of months before making an account. One of my hobbies is to make toy programming languages (more art projects than anything useful) of which some are Lisp-like. I even wrote a couple of articles about how to make one.
These days however I'm doing something different: a conventional scripting language that uses S-expressions only for the syntax; in other words there are no lists and it's not homoiconic. There are a few others, but it's fairly unusual, so I wanted to know what y'all think about that, and S-expressions in general.
